Anyways, On a celebratory note, Alyson's Alice Upside Down movie won the 2008 IFF Best Comedy Feature at the International Film Festival 2008 Congratulations to the entire cast and crew for a great job done!

Among the day's activities, Disney Channel stars planted trees, led by TreePeople arborists, and participated in a tree-naming ceremony.
"Hannah Montana" star Emily Osment said, "I've never planted a tree before. There's so much that goes into it between the mulch, digging the hole, making sure the roots don't get too much sunlight and watering it properly, and as a group activity, it was a lot of fun!" Osment planted a tree with the help of Mitchel Musso, Selena Gomez and Maiara Walsh and named it "Big Root Tiny Leaf." Fellow actors Jason Dolley, Alyson Stoner and David Henrie named their tree "Dalyson," a blending of their first names.
Alyson Stoner, of the upcoming Disney Channel Original Movie "Camp Rock" said, "Recycling and conserving is something that can become a habit that we practice our whole lives. People say it's the little things that matter, and it's so true."

But firstly, Claire from ASO passed me the message from Alyson to let you guys know that the previous information that I posted about the Dance DVD with Trilogy Productions is an old idea, so, its not going to happen anytime soon. So, sorry guys. Please ignore the previous post information. Please remember though, that most of the information that I post sometimes are TENTATIVE and pending to confirmation by Alyson on her blog, so, don't take everything too seriously. :)
So anyways, I've got pictures from the set of the Alyson Stoner Project courtesy of the ASP productions, where you can see Alyson, the directors and candids from the set itself. THey started productions in L.A on February 16th but it seems that they've already wrapped their productions. I'm not sure whether I should post these pictures yet, cos' perhaps Alyson would like to surprise us about her latest project herself, but until I get some green-light, check out these small thumbnails. :)

Just now were working with a brand new girl group called Clique Girlz , now signed to Interscope Records. I found the girls on mySpace 2 years ago, and believed in them from day one. The girls are so incredibly talented, at the tender ages of 11, 12, and 13, that I am blessed to have been in on the ground floor with the group.
That aside, the team is getting ready to step into the studio with Island Def Jam's A Girl Called Jane , Jessica Simpson, Usher, Mary J. Blige, Motown's Jada, Universal's Alyson Stoner and Devon Werkheiser, to name a few of the major projects.
In addition, Alyson is currently working on a Dance DVD, as mentioned by Steven Schneider from Trilogy Productions, who's currently working on 3 tracks for Alyson's upcoming dance project. Check that out below.
Exciting huh? Let's hope her hard work at honing her voice and all those vocal training will pay off soon! She also recently posted a new blog talking about her latest upcoming project, which I guess is the Dance DVD.

It seems that Alyson was spotted at The Farm at The Grove in Hollywood on February 13th for some event, cos' her costar Meaghan Martin was also there. Perhaps the photos of the event will appear soon online.
Anyways, there are some funny rumors on celebrity blogs about how "Nick Jonas has moved on to Alyson Stoner". . Highly unlikely though. I just think that they're all just pretty close friends, and nothing more, cos' hanging on set of the movie just makes a friendship stronger. So, no worries, Nick fans. I doubt Alyson is involved with anyone right now. She's busy working hard on her projects. :) Besides, take these rumors with a pinch of salt. No need to go all "hatin'" on an actress just cos' she's rumored to be dating someone.

Still no pictures from her latest appearance at the 35th Annual Annie Awards 2008. Sadly. Nevertheless, during my daily search, I've found a great and long interview of Alyson during the Phineas and Ferb Europe Tour in London! She was interviewed by the UK TV Hits website.

We hooked up with the star of Phinaes and Ferb, Alyson Stoner for a little chat! So what's Phineas and Ferb all about then?
Phineas and Ferb are two step-brothers trying to make the most of everyday of their summer vacation and where I come in is I'm the leader of the Fireside Girls, who are kind of a girl scout troop and I'm very determined with what I do but I have this mad crush on Phineas so I'm always willing to help. What's great about the series everything is very light and happy and even if someone gets angry they fix the problem right away. Everything's always positive.
You're the star of Disney's next big original movie musical "Camp Rock". Tell us about that.
Camp Rock is kinda... people are comparing it to High School Musical and it does have the musical aspect to it but it's a totally different plot. It follows Mitchie who's played by Demi Lovato, she can't afford to go to this rock camp unless her mom's the caterer and she helps in the kitchen so the way she gets there is she doesn't want to admit to everyone that she's not wealthy enough to afford it so she starts creating these lies about stuff like "Oh I can do this" and "My mom can do that" and "I'm actually famous is China" and so I come along and I play Caitlyn who's an aspiring music producer and I am very spunky with what I wear, lots of vibrant colours all the time so it was very fun to play. I immediately offer her friendship and Demi Lovato is an amazing singer so Mitchie has the talent, she just needs to find her confidence. That's really what it's all about, finding your confidence and proving that anyone's capable of doing anything. Read More of the interview (a whole lot more) here!
Also, in Camp Rock updates, have you seen a new promotional clip from the movie? Eventhough it doesn't feature Alyson, it's still worth a check out. It shows Shane (Joe Jonas) serenading Mitchie (Demi Lovato) by the river. Jonas fans, it'll definitely give you the squeals. *grins* Anyways, thank you to all the commenters. :) Appreciate it.
Anyways, Alyson mentioned on her Official Blog, that Alyson and the cast of Phineas and Ferb attended the 35TH Annual Annie Awards 2008 and presented one of the categories. Its puzzling that there's not a single picture from that event anywhere on the press sites, cos' usually Wireimage would have had at least photos from the red carpet event. I did find some photos from the ANnie awards, but they're mostly of the nominees from the Surf's Up production team. Oh well, perhaps they'll put up those photos in a few days time.

On Phineas and Ferb News, Disney released a press statement about the premiere of Phineas and Ferb on February 1st. Here's a snippet:

In fact, in these territories the series was the #1-ranked series or animated series premiere on Disney Channel ever, while winning its time slot in target demos or ranking #1 outright for the entire day versus all TV programs. I also stumbled upon a great movie review about Alyson's movie, Alice Upside Down, in which they manage to catch a screening of the movie during the Kids Film Festival in Angelika in Dallas. Not only was the movie really good, but the star of the movie, Alyson Stoner was there, introducing the movie and signing autographs. What a sweet girl she was. She looked every single little girl in the eyes and smiled and said something personal to each of them. She told Sadie she liked her glasses.

We walked the streets and did some sight seeing yesterday. I was with Alyson Stoner and her mom, my Dad and our teacher. We ate India food for dinner which because of the time change would mean we were eating it right about the time you guys were having breakfast....crazy huh?

Happy New YEar 2008!!!! Its already 12 hours into the year 2008 where I'm at, and I think some of you have yet to turn into 1st January, so, have fun counting down to 2008! May this year be a blissful and more enriching year for all of you and for Alyson, and hopefully, she'll be able to grow even bigger (in terms of talent wise, mind you.) *grins*
Anyways, first order of business on this first post of a brand new year, check out a sneak peek into Disney Channel Asia's lineup of shows for the year 2008, and of course, Alyson's latest projects, Camp Rock and Phineas and Ferb are some of them. Huge thanks to JonasBrothers.co.cc, a Jonas Brother's Singapore fansite for the video that they uploaded on Youtube. Plus, thanks to gmv45 for ripping the video of a longer sneak peek from the movie Camp Rock and uploading it on youtube. Check out the second video. I've also made captures of those scenes where Alyson appeared in. She can be seen on 1:22 in the second video.

Anyways, first up, Alyson was mentioned on a People.Com feature article on Who will be the next Tween Star? Well, we hope Alyson would, but we'll just continue to support her even if she's not. :) Check out the snippet of the article below.
Among some of her fans and their parents, Nickelodeon star Jamie Lynn Spears may have lost some of her status as a 'tween idol. But there are many other young actors, actresses and singers whose talent could soon make them household names.
Already a superstar, of course, is Miley Cyrus of Hannah Montana fame. Here, PEOPLE looks at the next group of tween stars who we'll likely be talking about in the years to come:
• Alyson Stoner, 15. CREDENTIALS: She starred in the movies Cheaper by the Dozen and Cheaper by the Dozen 2. Another That's So Raven vet, she also has a voice role in the upcoming animated series Phineas and Ferb and stars in Camp Rock.
